It should be no surprise at this point that I love a quick, sweaty, and energizing workout. Don't we all though really? Especially while working out indoors, I find it so hard to focus on any exercise for a long time. An hour on the treadmill? No way hosee! There are many things I'd much rather be doing. So if you're like me, here is a workout that will give you a great sweat and a boost of endorphins in just 20 minutes! I did this workout this morning after a class at my gym but I would do this one even just on it's own (I just had a lot of time/energy this morning!).
